Clearer Stretch Goals

I’ve been asked to clarify our stretch goals for Ithaka of the Clouds, so I’ve made a list. With numbers and stuff.

$13,500 – remake The Strange and Somewhat Sinister Tale of the House at Desert Bridge

$14,000 – update The Book of Living Magic, add minor improvements to The Fabulous Screech

$15,000 – remake The Museum of Broken Memories

$20,000 – remake Phenomenon 32

$50,000 – remake The Fabulous Screech as FPS/RTS hybrid

$100,000 – remake Phenomenon 32 five times

$500,000 – build a house out of cream cheese

$1,000,000 – remake Call of Duty as Marxist text adventure

$25,000,000 – make a pretty good science fiction movie

$99,999,999 – build working replica of Babylon 5

$1,000,000,000 – buy tuna for cat

I would really like to see Call of Duty remade as a Marxist text adventure, actually. XD

Hopefully you can make the $13,500 stretch goal! :D I’d love to see a tSaSTotHaDB remake.

  2. Does that $99,999,999 take into account possible mysterious disappearances and explosions during the construction?

Yes, that million-dollar-goal looks very promising…
But at least the first one seems to be very close!
But the cat is to remain hungry, it seems :(

  4. @Jonathon: No, but we may be able to get additional funds from the Minbari Dev Fund.

@Iurii: The cat has… other ways of getting food. They may or may not involve ritual sacrifice.

  5. That one-million-goal would really be worth it … Anyway, hope we’ll be getting a remake of Desert Bridge! :-)

Oh man, I’m looking forward to all of this! If I happen to get some spare money, you can count on my help!

So close to the Desert Bridge remake mark. I’d love to see that game updated almost as much as getting the new game (or the Marxist remake of Call of Duty for that matter), so I’m really hoping for that goal to be reached. Just a little more…

P32 remake for $20k? That’s it, “online payment management” has been moved to the top of my priority list.
