Another excellent Christmas song by the great Tim Minchin. With many accurate details about Jesus!

If this song were any more awesome, my head would explode.

So here’s one of my favourite songs of theirs, from their first album, 1983′s Murmur.

I don’t even know why I’m so incredibly fond of this little song, but I am.

Further points:

• Payment will be in the form of a percentage of the sponsorship.
• I imagine the game will need about 5 tracks, two rather short ones (intro & ending) and three normal ones. We’ll see. I’d love to have a ton of music, but file sizes are always an issue with Flash.
• The game is silly, but it is not a satire of socialist ideas. So if you are the type who regularly reads Big Hollywood and is afraid of communists taking over the government, this probably isn’t for you.

Been listening to a lot of Alistair Hulett lately: beautiful, powerful revolutionary music. It’s very sad that he died so young – we need people like him more than ever in this New Age of the Fist – but his words and melodies remain with us, to inspire and uplift us.

I may have a lot of things to say about current union leadership worldwide, but that a song like this can still be produced in today’s America is a very good sign. There’s a lot more fighting spirit left in Americans than what the media claim. And Tom Morello continues to be a truly remarkable artist. I hope more people choose to follow his example.
