I doubt Sky Cat, as you refer to him, would want the game to remain unfinished and off the Tubes. Urizen, maybe. Sky Cat? No. Would Sky Cat delay the game until the time is right? Yes. He’s also banking on your need to get this done, which is another reason I think SC is just delaying the game instead of trying to stop you from making it.
