So it turns out that I’m still not finished with the unpleasant “real” work. I’ve spent hours upon hours copying bibliographical data, but there is still more to do. Post-colonial this, post-modern that, heremeneutics here, transculturality there… gah!

/ June 27, 2009Can’t really say I liked “What’s He Building?”, but one of the related videos was the MV for “Hold On.” I really enjoyed that one. You were right, Tom Waits is a genius.

/ June 27, 2009“What’s He Building” is not everyone’s thing… and it’s certainly not something I’d regularly listen to. But as a sort of short film/prose poem thing, I think it’s fantastic and full of layers.
