Actually my first blog post is basically a critique of nationalism. I think its pathetic people thinking they are fighting for their country, they aren't and they should be able to think for themselves and realise this. War is glorified and made to look heroic and its not. You ask anyone who done a tour of afghanistan and they will tell you they despise war. "Why do we need to support the troops when their mission is an immoral one?" spot on jonas, why do we? its as if it is our obligation to support them. Lets face it, we all know its just for resources.
